After posting a new version of my portfolio, Nick Low-Beer contacted me within five minutes asking me to redesign his website. I created a “Beat Grid”, which used clips of his music to allow users to visit the site and spontaneously create new and interesting combinations of music, using materials from 81Neutrons repertoire.

81Neutronz music is futuristic and stylized. I created this logo after listening to his tracks and trying to envision his music as typography.

I was doing a full branding package which included a logo and would normally include a business card, or promo card. Nick opted for a video instead. I did this video entirely using particle systems in After Effects and edited it using Adobe Premiere.
